Smoky Mountain Getaway

Imagine
you awake at your leisure
to the sight of the sun pouring through the large
bay windows at the end of the room. You relax and enjoy
the
view from your magnificent, spacious bed that is crafted
from the same rich cedar that is used throughout your
majestic
Pigeon Forge cabin.
Eventually, you roll out of bed and stroll out onto your
mountain cabin patio. You are surprised by the mild,
balmy
temperature that greets you as you venture outside. And
yet these temperatures are common for the
Smoky
Mountains.
Perhaps you sip from a hot coffee and munch on a bagel
while you take in the spectacular colors of the mountain
foliage- colors that make these mountains world-famous.
You take your time taking in the view because the unhindered
vista is one you have all to yourself. You can see for
miles out into these richly decorated, rolling
hills. Before lunch you are your mountain companions
decide to venture out for a hike on one of the many well-kept
trails in the region. You saunter along trails softly
carpeted with fallen leaves - taking in the many streams
and meadows you come across.
For lunch you return home to the cabin. You
and your friends enjoy making lunch in your fully-equipped
kitchen area. Then you relax at your outdoor table
- where you feel as if you are a part of the mountain
environment
itself. Birds and other wildlife native to the Smoky
Mountains
greet you with their unique sounds and songs.
After lunch you decide to head into
Gatlinburg
or Pigeon Forge, surprisingly only minutes from
your cabin that felt all alone in the great outdoors.
In town you have
numerous activities to choose from; artist galleries,
Dollywood, the Ripley’s Believe It Or Not museum,
the Tennessee Museum of Aviation, the gondola ride
that
takes you to a summit view of all of Gatlinburg and the
entire Smoky Mountain region.
After dinner you and your companions decide to take in
one of the many shows in one of the many theatres native
to the area. During the show you feel not only entertained
but engrossed in the culture that is unique to this highly
hospitable Smoky Mountain community.
Eventually, you make the short
return
journey to your cabin abode. Now you can’t
help but notice the silent, calming nature of these
woods at
night. You stay up with friends and chat while taking
advantage of the games and activities that come standard
with your cabin rental- things like foosball and pool
tables. Whether you're staying in a still spacious
one
bedroom Pigeon Forge cabin, a
two
bedroom Smoky Mountain cabin, a mid-sized
three
bedroom cabin rental, a
four
to five bedroom Pigeon Forge cabin rental,
or an expansive
six
to twelve bedroom cabin.
Afterwards, you finish off the night with a dip in the
hot tub - reflecting on your fun-filled day before returning
to the comfort of your King-sized cedar bed. Without
a doubt this trip to your very own mountain cabin in
these
beautiful Smoky Mountains will leave you with memories
to cherish for a lifetime.
