| Introduction - Cabin Rentals
Majestic Mountain Vacations (MMV) wants your Pigeon Forge cabin
experience in the Smoky Mountains to be simple and pleasant
as possible
- beginning
with your reservation. We've developed the following policy
statement to aid in planning your stay with us. Please
read
the policy page in its entirety in order to avoid any potential
confusion. MMV and the cabin owners
have made every effort to make all the web site and advertising
information accurate and up to date. Therefore, we cannot
accept
responsibility for errors in printing or changes made by owners
in the cabins themselves. Pricing and amenities are subject
to change without notice. It is very important that you closely
review cabin descriptions and other details prior to booking
your reservation. If you see something missing in the description
that you require, contact our sales office and we will
attempt
to assist you. We regularly visit the cabin rental properties
to ensure that we are up to date on what is available in
each
cabin
rental.

Directions to our Pigeon Forge TN cabin rental office
From the main parkway in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee,
turn west at traffic light #3 (Wears Valley Road - HWY 321
South).
Travel
3.2 miles; the MMV office will be on
your left. top
Check-In (3:00pm) and Check-Out
Check-in is at 3pm. In addition to cleaning your rental cabin,
we also try to perform a detailed quality control inspection
before
check in. Any remaining balance for your cabin reservation
is due and payable at check-in. If you need to check-in
after 8pm,
please notify our rental office and we will prepare a late-arrival
package for you. This package will include directions
and a key code to your rental cabin and will be available
at our office
door. Late check-ins must come to the office by 11am
the following morning to pay their remaining balance. Maps
and
key codes will not be given out before check-in date in the
interest of guest security. Checkout is at 10am. Personal
checks will not be accepted at check-in. Late checkout
fees are applied as follows: 1 hour late is $25.00; 2 hours
late
is $50.00; 3 hours late is $75.00. For checkouts beyond 3 hours
after the regular 10:00am checkout, you will be charged
for
a day’s rental if the unit is available. Any accident
or damage to personal property while at a cabin must be reported
within 24 hours of occurrence. top
Cancellation and Changes to Your Smoky Mountain Vacation
We will issue a refund of your deposit, minus a non-refundable
reservation fee, for reservations cancelled 30 days prior
to your arrival date (60 days for 4 bedroom or larger cabins).
Deposits and fees for reservations cancelled less than 30
days prior to your arrival date (60 days for 4 bedroom
or larger cabins) are non-refundable. Any changes
to a reservation after a cabin has been reserved will result
in a $35.00 change-reservation fee. Refunds are not provided
for nights removed less than 30 days prior to
guest arrival
(60 days for 4 bedroom or larger cabins). Only the guest named
on the cabin rental agreement may cancel or make changes
to a reservation.

Damages to Rental Cabin and Excessive Cleaning
Upon arrival a security deposit hold of $150 (1-5 bedroom)
or $500.00 (6-12 bedroom) will be placed on the credit card
of
the guest named on the vacation rental agreement. This hold
is not a charge and will not show on your credit card statement.
In the
event of damage, theft, or the need for excessive cleaning
to cabin rental, this security deposit will be used. Charges
could exceed the
security deposit. Please note that hot tub covers are fragile
and have a replacement cost of $350. Our rental cabins do
not allow
smoking or pets unless specifically noted. top
Pets and Smoking
Smoking and pets are not allowed our rental cabins unless
specifically noted. Guests bringing any unauthorized pets
to vacation rental are subject to a $300.00 cleaning fee. top
Hot Tubs
According to Tennessee state law, hot tubs are drained, cleaned,
refilled, and chemically sanitized prior to each Smoky Mountain
guest
arrival.
Because
the
hot tubs are completely
drained and refilled prior to each guest stay, the water may
not be warm until the evening of your arrival. There are
health
risks associated with the use of hot tubs--use with discretion
and at your sole responsibility. DO NOT STAND ON THE
HOT TUB COVERS, as they will break. Please, we want
you to enjoy your Smoky Mountain vacation so, when not using
the hot tub, leave the cover on so the hot tub
will
stay warm and
debris will stay out. Please shower before using the cabin
rental hot tub because some lotions or makeup mixed with
the hot tub
chemicals
can cause a rash. top
Vacation Rental Maintenance
MMV performs regular maintenance on
all rental cabins and makes every effort to keep all amenities
in good working order. If something is not working properly,
we will
do our best to get it up and running for your stay. If you
call our customer care number after hours to report something
and
it is a true emergency then you will be contacted as soon as
possible. If it is not a true emergency and it can wait, please
contact us the next day during business hours. Our business
hours are 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Please report all cabin maintenance
issues
immediately. top
Housekeeping
Housekeepers clean each of our Tennessee cabins thoroughly
prior to guest arrival. We do not offer daily maid service.
A starter
set
of linens,
towels, soap, toilet paper, and paper towels is provided for
each guest. Upon arrival, please report any damage or housekeeping
issues. top
Refund Policy
We will do everything we can to make sure your Smoky Mountain
cabin is ready for you. Any damages or problems not reported
by the
tenant
upon arrival will be charged to the renter. As in any home,
malfunctions occasionally do occur No refunds will be issued
for early departure due to malfunctions in equipment (i.e.
hot tubs, saunas, Jacuzzi, televisions, stereos, DVD or VCR)
or
weather conditions. top
Lost or Stolen Items
MMV is not responsible for lost or stolen
items. Guest items that are found in our Pigeon Forge
cabin rentals will be returned to the maintenance office. Items
can be
returned
at the guest’s
expense.

Weather in the Smoky Mountains
During winter months, four-wheel drive or chain-equipped vehicles
are highly recommended. We do not offer discounts or refunds
if you are unable to arrive to your cabin rental because of
weather conditions. Click

Pests and Environment
To ensure the best guest experience, we perform regular pest
control maintenance on all of our rental cabins. Because our
cabins
are located in wooded and mountain areas we cannot guarantee
that they will be pest free. An example is the ladybug. The
Great Smoky Mountains National Park introduced the ladybug
several years ago to counter non-native insects that were
greatly harming
some trees in the Park. Ladybugs are sometimes so prevalent
that they will return to your cabin after we have cleaned.
If
this occurs, please contact customer care and we will do our
best to help you. We do not offer refunds for pests.

Features & Furnishings
The cabin vacation rental properties managed by Majestic Mountain
Vacations, Inc. are owned privately and are thus decorated
according
to
the preferences of the respective owners; therefore accommodations
and amenities can vary to considerable degree. Please inform
our sales staff as to your specific needs and carefully read
property descriptions to verify that a rental cabin meets
your needs.
Please review the following list of items standard to all of
our Smoky Mountain rental homes: Heat and A/C, stove, refrigerator,
toaster,
microwave, basic pots and pans, coffee maker, dishes, utensils
flatware, telephone(s), color TV(s), and VCR(s), fire extinguishers
and smoke detectors, bed linens and pillows, towels, washcloths
and bath mats. We also provide a starter setup of soap, dish
soap, and paper items appropriate to the cabin capacity. Items
typically not supplied: charcoal and kindling/fire starter,
additional blankets/quilts, laundry soap, and kitchen filters
and wrapping materials. Not all rental cabins are decorated
for the
holidays. We permit only artificial decorations (including
artificial trees) because of potential fire hazards. We request
you dispose
of these decorations upon departure. Utilities such as water,
satellite and phone are managed by the unit’s owner.
However, if problems occur with utilities, please contact
customer care
and we will do our best to help you. We do not offer refunds
for problems with utilities. top
Television, Stereo & CD Players in Cabin Rentals
Again, since our Tennessee
rental cabins are privately owned
properties, the television and cable options vary from cabin
to cabin.
Please
note that premium channels are not typically available. MMV
assumes no responsibility for the level of
TV reception and/or other operational aspects of the programming.
It should be noted that the majority of our televisions use
satellite signals. Feel free to call customer care for assistance--we
will do our best to help you. We would request that you not
change wiring in relation to the entertainment systems found
within the cabins. top
