Rental Office?
From the main parkway in Pigeon Forge TN, turn west at traffic
light #3 (Wears Valley Road - HWY 321 South). Travel 3.2 miles;
the Majestic Mountain Vacations (MMV) office will be on your
left.

2.) What is your check in/check out time?
Check-in is at 3pm. Checkout is at 10am. top
3.) What about changes to my reservation and/or cancellation?
We will issue a refund of your deposit, minus a non-refundable
reservation fee, for reservations cancelled 30 days prior
to
your arrival date (60 days for 4 bedroom or larger Tennessee
cabins Refunds are not provided for nights removed less than
30
days prior
to guest arrival (60 days for 4 bedroom or larger cabins).
Only the guest named on thecabin rental agreement may cancel
or make changes
to a reservation. top
4.) Do you allow pets in the rental cabins?
Our Tennessee cabins do not allow smoking unless specifically
noted. Any unauthorized pets in unit are subject to a $300.00
cleaning
fee. top
5.) What is your smoking policy?
Our cabins do not allow smoking unless specifically noted as
an exception to the rule. top
6.) Are hot tubs included with the cabins? What are the
specifics in using the hot tubs?
Yes, a hot tub come with all our cabins. Hot tubs are cleaned,
drained, refilled, and chemically sanitized before each guest
arrival. Because the hot tubs are completely drained and refilled
prior to each guest stay, the water may not be warm until
the
evening of your arrival. There are some health risks associated
with the use of hot tubs--use with your own discretion and
at
your sole responsibility. top
7.) Are the cabins regularly maintained?
Yes. Majestic Mountain Vacations performs regular maintenance
on all our cabins and we make every effort to keep all amenities
in proper working order. top
8.) What if something isn’t working properly during
my stay?
If something is not working properly in your Tennessee cabin
, we will do our best to get it up and running for your stay.
If
you
call
our
customer
care number after hours to report something and it is a true
emergency then you will be contacted as soon as possible.
If
it is not a true emergency and it can wait, please contact
us the next day during business hours. Our business hours
are 9:00
AM - 8:00 PM. Please report all maintenance issues immediately.

9.) Is daily maid service provided?
We do not offer daily maid service. Our housekeepers do clean
each cabin thoroughly prior to guest arrival. A starter
set
of linens, towels, soap, toilet paper, and paper towels is
provided in each vacation rental for each guest. Upon arrival,
please report any damage or housekeeping
issues to our Pigeon Forge cabin office. top
10.) What kind of vehicle is recommended in getting to
my Pigeon Forge cabin?
During winter months, four-wheel drive or chain-equipped vehicles
are highly recommended. We do not offer discounts or refunds
if you are unable to arrive to your unit because of weather
conditions. For your convenience we have added a page that provides
information on average
climate/weather conditions in the Pigeon Forge area.

11.) What equipment comes standard with the cabin rental?
The rental properties we manage are owned privately and are
thus decorated according to
the preferences of the respective owners; therefore our Pigeoin
Forge accommodations and amenities can vary to considerable
degree. We do guarantee
the following will be provided: Heat and A/C, stove, refrigerator,
toaster, microwave, basic pots and pans, coffee maker, dishes,
utensils flatware, telephone(s), color TV(s), and VCR(s), fire
extinguishers and smoke detectors, bed linens and pillows,
towels,
washcloths and bath mats. We also provide a starter setup of
soap, dish soap, and paper items appropriate to the cabin
capacity.
NOTE: We do not offer refunds for problems with utilities.

12.) What about television and cd players?
Again, since our cabins are privately owned properties, the
television and cable options vary from cabin to cabin. Please
note that premium channels are not typically available. MMV
assumes no responsibility for the level of TV reception and/or
other
operational aspects of the programming.
It should be noted that the majority of our televisions use
satellite signals. top
